These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IEG Disposal LLC’s website, quote requests, and dumpster rental services (“Services”). By submitting a form, placing an order, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are

IEG Disposal LLC (“IEG Disposal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial dumpster rentals and related waste disposal services across Georgia.

2) Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into contracts.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, service location, access instructions, and materials descriptions.
You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal placement of the dumpster and for any required permits or HOA/municipal approvals.
You agree to comply with weight limits, fill-line guidelines, and prohibited materials rules.

3) How It Works

Renting a dumpster with IEG Disposal is fast, simple, and stress-free.

Step 1: Choose Your Dumpster Size

Browse our selection of 12, 15, 20, 30, and 40 yard dumpsters to find the right fit for your project. Not sure which size you need? Our team will guide you based on your project type, available space, and debris volume so you choose the right option without overpaying.

Step 2: Schedule Your Delivery

Tell us when and where you need it, and we’ll take care of the rest. We offer flexible scheduling and same-day delivery in many areas when you call early, so your project never has to wait.

Step 3: We Deliver and Place It Safely

Our professional drivers deliver your dumpster where you need it—driveway, job site, or commercial location—and place it carefully to protect your property and keep access easy. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient clearances and surface suitability.

Step 4: Fill It at Your Pace

Load your debris on your schedule. If your project runs longer, extensions are simple and hassle-free. We will guide you on what can and cannot be placed inside to avoid extra fees or delays.

Step 5: Call for Pickup and We Handle the Rest

When you’re done, call us. We’ll promptly schedule your pickup, usually within 24–48 hours. We handle disposal responsibly, focusing on proper recycling and reducing environmental impact.

4) Materials Policy (Accepted, Restricted, Prohibited)

Accepted materials may vary by location and landfill regulations. When in doubt, call us before loading.

Materials Requiring Approval (Contact us before disposal)

Hazardous materials including chemicals, pesticides, and toxic substances
Electronics and batteries which may contain regulated metals
Flammable materials such as gasoline, propane tanks, and other combustibles
Medical or biohazard waste including pharmaceuticals and contaminated materials
Tires and automotive fluids requiring specialized handling

Important Notes

Certain heavy materials (e.g., concrete, dirt, brick, roofing) may require special dumpsters or strict weight limits.
Overfilled dumpsters cannot be safely transported and may require adjustment before pickup.
Mixing prohibited items may result in additional disposal charges.
Placing materials that require approval without prior authorization may result in fees, surcharges, or delayed pickup.
To ensure compliance with local regulations, contact IEG Disposal LLC before loading any questionable materials.

5) Placement, Access, and Property Protection

You authorize IEG Disposal to enter the service location to deliver and retrieve the dumpster.
You must provide adequate clearances (length, width, height), stable ground, and safe access for trucks.
We take reasonable care in placement; however, surfaces may be damaged by heavy equipment (e.g., driveways, landscaping). You acknowledge and accept the risk and agree that IEG Disposal is not responsible for incidental surface damage unless caused by gross negligence.

6) Rental Periods, Extensions, and Scheduling

Standard rental periods are disclosed at the time of booking. Extensions are typically available; contact us before the scheduled pickup date.
Delivery and pickup windows are estimates and may be affected by routing, weather, and site conditions. We aim for pickup within 24–48 hours after your request.

7) Pricing, Payment, and Fees

Transparent pricing: You pay the quoted rate for the selected dumpster size and standard rental period.
Potential additional charges (communicated as applicable):
- Overweight loads exceeding included tonnage
- Extra days or rental extensions beyond the included period
- Return trips due to inaccessible sites or unsafe conditions
- Contamination or prohibited/restricted items
- Relocation requests after initial placement
- Tarping/adjustment for overfilled dumpsters
Quotes exclude governmental fees, surcharges, or taxes unless noted. We will communicate any such costs clearly.

8) Cancellations and Changes

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change a scheduled delivery or pickup.
Same-day cancellations or changes may incur a fee if the truck is already dispatched or onsite.
Custom equipment or special-order requests may be subject to separate cancellation terms.

9) Title, Risk, and Ownership of Materials

You retain ownership of materials until disposal. Upon lawful disposal by IEG Disposal, ownership transfers and materials cannot be retrieved.
IEG Disposal does not assume responsibility for items inadvertently placed in the dumpster. Do not dispose of valuables or required records.

10) Compliance with Law

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and landfill rules.
IEG Disposal may refuse service or remove items to comply with legal, safety, or environmental requirements.

11) Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided “as available.” We make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver on schedule, but do not guarantee specific delivery or pickup times.
Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IEG Disposal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific rental giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IEG Disposal LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Services; (b) placement conditions at your site; (c) materials loaded into the dumpster; or (d) your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

14) Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use privacy-focused analytics and do not sell personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.

15) Termination or Refusal of Service

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service at any time for safety concerns, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

16) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Georgia. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
